Increasing demand on their Asthma Inhaler production line and increasingly stringent quality assurance demands meant that the Schering Plough Corporation in the US could no longer rely on the manual testing of the airway in the inhaler body.

The result of an approach to Morgan was the ITC Machine. Capable of automatically testing the airway and then capping good inhaler bodies, ITC Machines supplied by Morgan run 340 days a year and now test 100% of their production, about 70 million products per year, which is 60% of the total North American output.

The Neurotherm is an RF lesion generator designed specifically for the pain relief clinician. For peripheral nerve lesion procedures, the main requirement of the Pain Relief Clinic, expensive and complicated machines designed for neurosurgical use are unnecessary.

Neurotherm meets the requirement for a safe, low power machine that is simple to use and easy to understand and yet can perform all the standard peripheral pain relieving procedures.

Designed and developed by Morgan, Dial can achieve energy savings of up to 60%. At the same time, personnel are given complete control over their lighting environment by using their telephone as a light switch.
